Return Policy
At Howl to the Chief, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item purchased in-store or via our delivery/pickup services, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility & Conditions
Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, salable condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been consumed (empty or partially full) or toys that have been chewed or destroyed.
Store Approval: All returns are subject to final approval by store management.
In-Store Processing: All returns must be processed in person at the store. While we cannot process returns over the phone, you are welcome to call us to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase Receipts are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Loyalty Members: If you have a loyalty account, a physical receipt is not required, as your transaction history is saved in our system.
Non-Members: If you do not have a receipt or a loyalty account, we reserve the right to decline the return as we are unable to verify the purchase.
Refund Methods Refunds are issued to the original form of payment:
Cash: Refunded in cash.
Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to the card used for the transaction.
Gift Card: Refunded back to the Howl to the Chief gift card. (Note: Gift cards are not redeemable for cash).
